BlackBerry Classic Launched without Font and Rear Camera


BlackBerry has re-introduced its Classic smartphone for Verizon Wireless in the US. But, this time the smartphone doesn’t have any camera units. Original BlackBerry Classic variant was launched back in December 2014. The only difference in the new variant is its lacks an 8MP rear camera and a 2MP front facing camera.


Apart from camera units, the smartphone has identical set of specifications. it sports a 3.5-inch 720 x 720 touch screen display with a 35 key QWERTY physical backlit  keyboard. 

It has been powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor and runs on BB OS 10.3.1. Other specifications of the device includes 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage and a micro SD card slot for memory expansion upto 128 GB.

The BlackBerry Classic non-camera variant has been priced at $399.99, which is $50 less than the original variant. The smartphone is currently available from Verizon Wireless.
